Your real estate video walkthrough will be filmed using a high quality gimbal for smooth motion with no jitters. It comes complete with background music that fits the character of the home, an animated title for the intro and even a custom outro at the end of the video with your contact information. You’ll receive one branded version for your social media and one non-branded version for posting on MLS. Photos and video are usually available to you within 24-48 hours of the shoot.
Drone Photos and Videos
Transport Canada approved drone photos are also available. Our pilots are professionally trained, have proper insurance coverage and do not fly unless they have approval from Transport Canada. Safety, insurance and adherence to guidelines are king when it comes to drone photography.
Twilight Real Estate Photography
Twilight photography is when we capture the exterior of the home just after or around sunset. It’s a beautiful way to showcase the home’s evening lighting features and makes a great impression to home buyers.
