Requirements

Minimum 5 years professional editing experience
Expert in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
Fluent English communication (written + verbal)
Must understand real estate video flow and logical sequencing
Minimal editing style
Strong attention to detail
Reliable + consistent performance — deadlines are mission-critical
Dedicated editor — no other client commitments allowed

Responsibilities

Edit up to 3 property videos/day within 8 hours of receiving footage
Keep editing simple and smooth
- Cross dissolves, dip to black, hard cuts, light leaks, speed ramps, Ryan Nangle transitions (FCP)
- Match frames for the day-to-night transitions
Handle rare revisions immediately
Download and organize assets via Google Drive / WeTransfer
Ensure packaged project files open fully intact on another system
Maintain high-quality editing and checking work before sending

Your editing process:

1) Mark the song beats and rhythm
2) Sequence the clips in a logical order in harmony with the song
3) Mark the ins and outs
4) Apply speed ramps and transitions
5) Apply stabilization
6) Apply brightness and colour correction
7) Do quality control then send packaged file to our assistant
